I ordered three copies of the book for a present and on of the books had multiple pages stuck together and ripped . I’m am very disappointed with that book but the other books were alright with on having a page slightly stuck together and slightly ripped but fine.
After following up and having my photo book reprinted twice, all of my concerns were finally resolved. I am now happy with my daughter’s photo book. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they made to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you for making it right!
Really pleased with the quality of the photo book, also the price is very good!
Really like how easy it us to pull together holiday photos taken by all the family by sharing a single login so they can upload photos. Quality of the box is great and good value.
Absolutely thrilled with the photo book. My husband and I have transferred old family slides, put them through an AI programme to improve them and had them printed by Picsme in an A4 photo book as a gift for my 92 year old mother. The finished book is so much better than I expected, and for such a good price! Will definitely be using Picsme again.
I’ve ordered 6 books from this company in the past and they’ve never let me down. Such amazing quality and for a great price. I’ll continue to purchase these books!
Very good quality and sent quick.
I was very pleased with my photo book. I needed it in a hurry and it came just in time. I found it a bit difficult to create, but it was the first time I had done anything like this. I worked both on my PC, because of it's larger screen, and my tablet for convenience. When I had finished there was a message to say that some of the text was too big and might be left off, however it was fine.
The recipient was delighted with his gift.
I will certainly use Picsme again.
Books excellent for price, but of 3 ordered two damaged in transit. Disappointed as they are gifts.
Hi Mrs. Greening, we're sorry to hear about the damage.
We have been in touch with you and of-course we will reprint them FOC.
Absolutely fantastic so pleased with my photo book been meaning to collate my granddaughters baby pics but always a bit afraid of trying but you made it so easy thankyou
Great product with fantastic quality photo book. Easy website too. Only found this website after Priterpix customer service let me down... I'd had over 70 books with them and they wouldn't sort my problem out. I'll be using picsme in future for all my books
Very good, good printing and a lovely book at a good price #happy
Less than a week from confirming my order to receiving the printed book. First class quality and it looks so, so good. Customer services were also quick to reply to a query I had. Everything about my photo book looks great. Thanks PicsMe!!
Great quality, my friend loved it
So good!
Great quality and reasonable price. Fairly easy to create
Lovely little book, but im not overly impressed with the quality, but its recycled so im happy at least that this is more sustainable than anything else. Even with that said it doesnt take away from the photos and the nostalgia behind the book. It was quickly turned around as well which is great.
Very impressed with the process, the quality and the customer service - and from the point of order, it was delivered within a week.
5 star service.
Outstanding print quality and service... Will definitely be using again and HIGHLY recommend!!!
Thank you
