How it works
Square pages work well when your photographs come in different shapes. Combine single images, small groups and captions to create a balanced album.
A square book lets you use portrait, landscape and square photographs in one album. Use layouts that preserve important details, rather than cropping every image to a square. Give favourite pictures a page of their own and group related moments together.
Softcover uses flexible 250gsm silk with gloss lamination for a lighter book. Hardcover uses 200gsm silk wrapped around rigid 2.25mm board with gloss lamination. Traditional folded endpapers connect the book block to the case, with gauze reinforcing the spine.
170gsm gloss has a shiny finish; 170gsm 100% recycled silk has a subtler sheen. Start with 20 pages if unsure and add two-page spreads up to 200 pages. Each additional Square spread costs £0.35, so 20 extra pages cost £3.50.
Upload original JPG or PNG files when possible. If a photo has also been posted to social media, use the original instead of a downloaded copy. Check cropping, image placement, captions and page order before ordering.

The starting price includes a personalised photo book with 20 pages in the selected cover and paper option. Standard books use 170gsm gloss paper. Products labelled Recycled use 170gsm 100% recycled silk. Additional pages and delivery may cost extra.
You can add pages in two-page spreads, up to 200 pages, but you cannot go below the starting page count you select. Start with 20 pages if you are unsure how many you need.
Each additional two-page spread costs £0.35. Adding 20 extra pages means adding 10 spreads, costing £3.50. Extra spreads are excluded from Picsme Forever.
Yes. You can mix portrait, landscape and square photographs. Choose a layout that gives each image enough space and check the crop before ordering.
For mainland UK orders, standard delivery costs £3.50 and takes 3 to 5 working days. Express costs £4.00 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Both include production. Mainland UK delivery is free on orders of £30 or more.
