I ordered three copies of the book for a present and on of the books had multiple pages stuck together and ripped . I’m am very disappointed with that book but the other books were alright with on having a page slightly stuck together and slightly ripped but fine.
After following up and having my photo book reprinted twice, all of my concerns were finally resolved. I am now happy with my daughter’s photo book. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they made to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you for making it right!

Absolutely thrilled with the photo book. My husband and I have transferred old family slides, put them through an AI programme to improve them and had them printed by Picsme in an A4 photo book as a gift for my 92 year old mother. The finished book is so much better than I expected, and for such a good price! Will definitely be using Picsme again.

I was very pleased with my photo book. I needed it in a hurry and it came just in time. I found it a bit difficult to create, but it was the first time I had done anything like this. I worked both on my PC, because of it's larger screen, and my tablet for convenience. When I had finished there was a message to say that some of the text was too big and might be left off, however it was fine.
The recipient was delighted with his gift.
I will certainly use Picsme again.

Great product with fantastic quality photo book. Easy website too. Only found this website after Priterpix customer service let me down... I'd had over 70 books with them and they wouldn't sort my problem out. I'll be using picsme in future for all my books

Lovely little book, but im not overly impressed with the quality, but its recycled so im happy at least that this is more sustainable than anything else. Even with that said it doesnt take away from the photos and the nostalgia behind the book. It was quickly turned around as well which is great.

Your personalised cover uses flexible 250gsm silk with gloss lamination. The inner pages use 170gsm 100% recycled silk paper, joined to the cover using PUR adhesive binding.
What is recycled, and can I choose gloss paper instead?
The inner pages use 170gsm silk paper made from 100% recycled paper, with a subtler sheen than gloss. The recycled claim applies to the inner paper, not every component of the finished book. For a shinier finish, choose the separate A4 portrait softcover photo book with gloss paper.
Where is it made and how long does UK delivery take?
We print and bind the book in our own UK facility. For mainland UK orders, standard delivery is £3.50 and takes 3 to 5 working days; express is £4.00 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Can I return a personalised photo book?
